The Q4C Standards were sent to the Ministry of Education and were used as one of the important documents in the process of establishing the work of “Children’s Town” in Uzbekistan.
During the course of “Promotion of Social Centers in Uzbekistan” provided by UNICEF, SOS Uzbekistan had opportunity to present Q4C. The presentation made great impression and increased interest in the projects by representatives of orphanage directors.
Uzbekistan has just started in the beginning of the De-I process, so SOS Uzbekistan is in advantage position to implement policies and needed inputs into legislation of Uzbekistan linked by Q4C.
