Participants from SOS, IFCO and FICE worked pro-actively to introduce the Q4C document and to seek for Government endorsement of the Q4C Standards.

Major activities:
1. Official high-level presentation of Standards;
2. Presentation sessions of the Standards to directors of specialized institutions;
3. Comparative review of Standards and the existing BG legislation basis with a major focus on out-of-home care.
