Q4C The Netherlands is established as a legal entity (foundation). The goals of Q4C-NL are to support the spreading of knowledge as well as to implement the Dutch version of the standards intop the Dutch national youth care.

The Dutch version of the Q4C Standards will be based on the outcomes of a newly done research with children and youngsters in out-of-home care and their (foster) parents. This is linked to the fact that the Q4C Dutch team participated in the entire process of Standards development, but there was no storytelling conducted in the country.
