Implementation and advocacy
The overall goal of Q4C is to be reached by creating a European network of stakeholders advocating children's rights in out-of-home care and by promoting the adoption, the implementation and the further development of the Q4C standards.
The three partner organizations, FICE, IFCO and SOS Children’s Villages, are committed to adopt and implement the Q4C Standards within their organisations.
Quality4Children advocates for the adoption of quality standards for children in out-of-home care at national and European level, and promotes the Q4C Standards and their approach and philosophy at national, European and global level.
