Information and implementation of the Q4C standards in Germany

I. Information and implementation of the Q4C standards within SOS Children’s Villages:

Phase 1: Inform all SOS staff members in leading positions together with a call to get acquainted with the standards and forward them to staff members of their team in the appropriate form.

Phase 2: Check with all SOS facilities how many standards documents are still needed (perhaps to have some to give to cooperation partners).

Phase 3: Supply all SOS facilities and staff members with material (more copies are being produced currently in cooperation with H. Posch).

Phase 4: Evaluate (after 1 year) what happened to the standards and what effect they had on the facilities.

II. Information on the Quality4Children-Standards for professionals in the field

Phase 1: Press releases for professional journals

Phase 2: The Quality4Children-Standards are uploaded onto the homepage.

Phase 3: Proactive placement of the standard documents in schools, libraries, associations etc. (according to the SPI mailing list)

Phase 4: Placement of the standards at specialist meetings such as the national assembly of the IGFH.
